Heading the ball is becoming increasingly restricted due to evidence linking repetitive heading to brain injuries and dementia.

While an integral skill, many countries have banned or restricted heading in youth football (under 12s) to protect developing brains, with some proposing limits or total bans in training or ultimately matches. What are your thoughts?
